Juan Manuel Romero received his B.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering from Tec de Monterrey, México, in 2011 and his M.Sc. degree in Communications Engineering from the University of Manchester, UK, in 2015. He was lecturer from 2016 to 2018 in the Polytechnic University (ESPOL) of Ecuador in the telecommunications field. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree at UC Davis. His research interests include communication systems, RF IC and power amplifier design.
